Logos

A Logo, is a graphical representation of a entity. A Logo is not a fashion statement. It has strong ties with the people who see them. Effective logos do not happen by chance. They have to be carefully thought out. When you create your own logo, there are some common errors that people make.

The first mistake most people make is using clip-art to create a homemade logo. A lot of people are at the level where they can identify several simple clip-art designs. Companies have used that familiar stick-figure guy in some standard clip art databases. A good logo is not something generic, even if it is beautifully rendered.

A Good logo should be distinct, a impression lock, even if it isn't reminiscent of what it represents. It should be simple and yet of artistic quality. Because the process of making a logo can be difficult, you may want to consider hiring a professional to help you design a logo that would well suit your company. Many Logo Designers are out there, it is just a matter of choosing one of them wisely to suit your needs. Remember a good logo should not be overly complex. It shouldn't be photographic or some complex drawings but simple and yet artistic.
