I personally think what Rocky is doing is simply great because he states that the answers to everything not lies in blaming others or proposing some radical methodologies but in allowing ourselves to change. The change we are willing to incorporate in ourselves would directly influence the way in which the world changes. So "It's Up to Us to Change the World" and make it a wonderful place to live in.
